Every user has a role: administrator, manager, teacher, parent, pupil. Each sees only what concerns them. You can create your own roles with precise rights, and a journal keeps the history of actions.
Yes. Your data belongs to you and can be exported at any time, to Excel or CSV. If you leave the service, you take all your information with you.
The application works online, on a computer, tablet or phone. A mobile connection is enough: the pages are light and every entry is saved as soon as it is confirmed.
A few minutes to create your space, then about half a day to set up your levels, classes and fees and import your pupils. The cash desk can run the next day.
You import your pupils from an Excel file, using a template provided. Opening balances are entered per family and stay traceable. We help with the migration if you wish.
A short walkthrough is enough: the cash desk screen was designed to be understood in one session. Our support then answers your questions, and remote training for the team is available.
Yes, it is included. Your school first gets an address on the platform; we then attach your own domain, with no interruption for families.
At the school's desk, with a numbered receipt, or online by card or Mobile Money once the school has connected its own Stripe or CinetPay account: the money goes straight to the school. Every parent follows in their space what has been paid and what is still due.
Nothing is erased. A payment is cancelled with a reason, the original receipt stays available and the family's balance is recalculated. Automatic checks verify that the accounts are consistent.
